Order processing

Our proposed processing time is 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Made-to-order items may require additional production time. If your order is delayed, we will contact you with an update.

Shipping rates and destinations

Available shipping destinations, shipping options, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery

Our proposed standard delivery estimate is 5–10 business days after shipment for US orders. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, and customs processing may cause delays. For other destinations, contact us for an estimate before ordering.

Order tracking and separate packages

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after shipment. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping addresses

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to request a correction, contact us promptly. Address changes may not be possible after processing or shipment.

International shipments

Where international shipping is offered, import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply. Any charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or local customs authority.
